These plates look great on the wall or on display in curio and china cabinets. If you are considering using these or similar dishes as tableware, read our discussion on safety as it relates to china. Visit our ordering page to read about our guarantee, and for information on sales tax, shipping, and forms of payment. The plates shown below are EXAMPLES, not the ones available. JUST IN! SOME VERY RARE PIECES -- please scroll down the page to see them. WE ARE NOT PURCHASING THIS CHINA. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US TO SELL YOURS. Floral Border -- 12 birds -- 10-1/2 inch plates As of November 2007, we have one or more choices in all birds except the turkey, but not all birds available in "best" quality. Prices range from $40 to $120 depending on bird and condition. (See our note on quality for more information on condition.) If you are inquiring for a specific bird, please save time by specifying in advance your preference in terms of quality versus price. We'll describe the options available in the bird based on your stated preferences. Although you can make requests for out of stock plates, there are no guarantees we will be able to fill your order. NEW! VERY RARE! DESSERT PLATES. These coupe (rimless) plates are 7-1/2 inches in diameter and have the usual Adams Birds of America hand-colored transfers. We have been collecting and selling Adams since 1999, and did not even know they made smaller plates until we saw these. Backs are plain (no manufacturer or other markings). All plates very good to excellent. Snowy Egret has some crazing, Pileated Woodpecker has some blue stains on the back (completely invisible from the front). Sold as a set. $300. Shipping charges for the four plates will be adjusted downwards to reflect their smaller size. Embossed Laurel Border -- 12 birds -- 10-1/2 inch plates -- white or cream THE FOLLOWING WHITE/CREAM BORDER PLATES ARE SOLD OUT, AND WILL NOT BE RESTOCKED. WE ARE KEEPING THE PHOTOS AVAILABLE FOR REFERENCE. Click any bordered photograph for a larger image. This style comes in two different colors, cream and white. After several years of collecting and observing the market, we have concluded that eight plates were made in cream (Ruffed Grouse, Cedar Waxwing, Canvas-back Duck, Snowy Egret, Baltimore Oriole, Pileated Woodpecker, Florida Jay, and Long-billed Curlew) and five in white ( Canada Goose, Wild Turkey, Bird of Washington (Eagle), American Flamingo, and Ruffed Grouse). The photos are for reference -- we are totally sold out of these plates and cannot find them for you.
