No. 6, Plate XXI (21), Mocking Bird. Beautiful color and detail.  This composition was controversial due to inaccuracies in Audubon's depiction of a rattlesnake in a tree.  Whatever its scientific shortcomings, this image is one of Audubon's most dramatic compositions.
